Defoaming FurnaceFueled by LPG or diesel, this range of defoaming furnaces is used for producing ceramic molds. As part f their mechanism, moisture from mold is removed in oven for specific duration and are treated with heat at around 1000 degree C temperature. During this heating process, smoke fumes with toxic content is generated. Burner chamber is used to handle produced toxic fume. This smoke is then cooled by applying water and is transferred through Venturi scrubber and demister where it is suctioned by ID fan. The smoke is later discharged through chimney. These defoaming furnaces are PLC controlled and have error free operation.
